In 4 classes, you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.

During your first four classes of CrossFit, you will need to take each of our Fundamentals classes before participating in our regular classes.

In the fundamentals we will teach you the basic CrossFit movements. Each Fundamental class covers different progressions of the nine fundamental lifts. We will cover the squat, front squat and overhead squat, press, push press and push jerk, deadlift and clean.

In addition to the basic body weight movements air squat, pull-up, push-up, wallball, burpee and box jump.

After the warm-up and the fundamental movement training; each of the instructional portions of the class we will coach you through a Metcon (metabolic conditioning).  Each day we will tackle a different style of workout.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7 am or 7 pm. 

Fundamentals run on a continuous cycle, so you may start on any given day in the cycle, but you must complete the 4 foundation classes.

You are encouraged to join in on class any day the movements are in you comfort zone.
